Thank you for your interest in vending at the 6th Annual Love & Soul Family Festival. Please sign up on our page to receive emails for our next upcoming events. If you submitted an application but no payment was made by May 20, 2023, you have not secured your vendor spot for 20223.
***All sales and payments are final and will not be refunded or exchanged for another date.

1. Fill out vendor information in the box below and submit.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the "blue" vendor application, complete it, and send it by email to info@theloveandsoulexperience.com. Make copy and bring Vendor Sheet 1 with you on the day of the event.
3. Visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/6th-annual-love-soul-family-festival-tickets-596192998307?aff=erelexpmlt and make your vendor selection and payment.
*****Vendor process is not complete unless payment is made. All vendor spots will be assigned and honored on a first come, first serve basis. Love & Soul Family Fest only allows 2-3 business vendors of a kind. If we receive more than number of allowed vendors of your kind, we will accept the vendors on first come, first serve basis and refund the vendors not selected.

$100 Vendor Fee(Arts & Crafts Vendors-clothing, small business and desserts only)
- 10 x 10 Space
- Table is NOT included
$150 Vendor Fee (Food Trucks, Grills, & anyone selling meals)
$50 Non-Profit 501C3 (Must submit paperwork for verification)
***ATTENTION ALL FOOD VENDORS, THE SALE OF BOTTLED WATER IS PROHIBITED AT THIS YEAR'S FESTIVAL. ALL SALES OF BOTTLED WATER WILL BE HANDLED BY FESTIVAL AND CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED AT THE FESTIVAL TENT.
